The main responsibilities of the Receptionist will include the following:
1. Develops and continuously improve admin related procedures and process based on company policy so as to support daily administrative operation and monitor the implements
2. Responsible person to select, coordinate and manage qualified service providers covering office consumers, employee work meals, site cleaning, document/mail/parcel delivery and distribution and so on.
3. Liaison person to the staff entertainment and company activities such as annual party, ceremony
4. Take care of relocation supports of all expatriates, visitors and employees
5. Cooperate with Admin team to make site internal and external communication
6. Supervise and develop admin team in Changshu site (including driver team management)
7. Monitor office admin function cost effectiveness
8. Coordinate the Labor Union affairs
9. Other responsibility assigned by supervisor
Main Requirements:
1. Diploma or above degree
2. Over 6 years' experiences in admin area
3. Fluent English command both in speaking and writing
4. Good communication and interaction skill
5. Have high sense of secrecy and accountability
6. Willing to take challenges
7. Team player and mature with flexible to handle
