Job Responsibility

1. Launch material plan and material availability

2. Support plant CIP activities

3. Support Logistics areas on projects and change activities.

4. Supports plant lay out and material routing developments

5. Responsible for the plant based elements of Plan for Every Part.

6. Responsible to ensure full QPS implementation of new processes and material during implementation.

7. Track and report part status for various build stages during launch cycles in support of Material Follow up, HQ planning and Launch Manager.

8. Facilitates kit supply for launch build as required.

9. Oversees containerisation validation and ongoing supplier performance.

10. Supports hand off of operations to Operational departments at end of launch/project phase

Qualification:


Competency Requirement
Production Schedule and Project Management. Good level of Bill of Material understanding. Forceful, driving character, able to work independently and drive teams to action.
Content Knowledge SAP (or similar) ERP system usage. Engineering Bill of Material.
Working Experience Material scheduling, follow up and supplier communication. System usage (SAP) Launch project experience in complex manufacturing environments
Education Background Degree
Professional Certification
Special Requirement Ideally experience in TPS, GMS or similar Lean Manufacturing Management procedures.
