ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:
Internal process quality control, mainly focus on problem discovery, feedback and tracking in the production process;
内部过程质量控制，工作重心是生产过程中的问题发现、反馈和跟踪。


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Perform the in-process audit including 5S audit, and report the findings;
2. Engage in a first piece inspection in process
3. Issue follow up the NCR in process; make statistics for NC
4. Inspect or measure semi-assembly products and finished products/检查和测量半成品和成品;
5. Report daily/weekly quality information
6. Statistically analyze and summarize/report periodically the quality (ppm & sigma level) of semi-assembly products and finished products/定期统计分析和总结汇报半成品和成品的质量（百万分比例或西格玛水平）;
7. Perform other duties assigned from QC Supervisor/完成其它来自质量控制主管分配的任务。.



REQUIRED EDUCATION BACKGROUND, KNOWLEDGE AND WORKING EXPERIENCE:

1. At least10 years’ experience in performing process and work station audit in automotive or medical device or airspace industries
2. Fully understand the 5S and have extensive experience in 5S audit
3. Internal auditor of ISO9001 and /or TS16949 experience
4. Knowledge of sampling rule, measurement evaluation and IPQC general procedure , application experience of MSA, SPC is preferred/懂得抽样规则、测量评估和过程质量控制程序，有MSA和SPC的应用经验更好;
5. Command of technical English terms is required,. / 要求了解相关技能英语，
6. Background of mechanical relative etc.
7. Be aggressive, integrity, responsible, rigorous and discipline
8. Ability to run in day or night shift
