Fundamental Purpose 基本描述
Implement the machine daily check, preventive maintenance. Do the troubleshooting in case of machine down.
完成设备的日常点检，保养。处理生产设备的突发性故障。
Main Responsibilities主要职责
1. Follow the safety regulations of the company.
遵守公司安全规章
2. Implement the machine daily check, preventive maintenance.
完成设备的日常点检，保养。
3. Do the troubleshooting in case of machine down.
             处理生产设备的突发性故障。
4. Utilize AAM MAXIMO Maintenance software package to record all Maintenance activities.
 使用MAXIMO软件记录所有的维修工作。
5. Assist the supervisor to achieve the maintenance target
 协助主管完成维修目标。
6. Assist the supervisor to perform machine down time analysis and improvement
协助主管进行停机分析，并改进。
7. Assist the supervisor to install the new machines and build the new PM plan
          协助主管安装新的设备， 并建立保养计划
8. Assist the supervisor and engineer to improve Overall Equipment Efficiency.
协助主管和工程师改进OEE。
9. Assist the supervisor to organize the spare parts.
协助主管管理备件。
10. Workshop 5S management and on-site 5S management
工作间和现场5S管理。
11. Join the training and share with the other colleagues
参加培训并同其他同事分享。
12. Perform other duties and assignment that may be required by the supervisor.
