职位描述：
Main Purpose主要目的:
To establish systematically talent attraction and selecting system and to support company business rapid growth, including acquire high quality talents and meet manufacturing department blue collar gap. In the meanwhile, monitor the whole recruitment and talent acquirement procedure to meet company’s recruitment and talent acquirement policies and procedures.
建立系统的人才吸引及甄选体系，确保公司及时获得高质量的人才，及时满足生产部门蓝领工人的需求以支持公司业务的快速发展，同时监控公司的招聘及录用流程，使其符合公司的招聘录用政策。

Main Responsibilities主要职责：
1.Assist to establish the company’s talent acquirement system, including policies, procedures, forms, best practice and benchmarking.协助建立公司的招聘及录用体系，包括制度、流程、表单、***实践及市场对标；
2.Take the role of HRBP and work together with line managers, rapidly meet business’ talent requirements, including HC application, define the success factors, interviewer confirm, etc. 扮演好人力资源业务伙伴角色，与业务部门保持良好沟通，快速有效地满足业务部门人力需求，包括人力需求申请、定义人员招聘关键成功要素、面试流程等；
3.Assist to develop the annual staffing plan according company’s annual operation plan. 根据公司的年度运营计划制定年度招聘计划;
4.Implement the annual staffing plan, including select recruitment channels, develop and release recruitment advertisement, screen resumes, recommend candidates, implement phone interview. 年度招聘计划的实施，包括选择招聘渠道、起草和发布招聘广告、筛选及推荐简历及电话面试；
5.Coordinate, arrange and involve the second round face to face interview, and provide professional talent evaluation suggestion to line managers, reduce the hiring risk. 协调、安排及参与第二轮面试，并向部门经理提供专业的人才评估建议，减少录用风险；
6.Implement candidates’ reference check and remuneration check, and provide suggestions for the final hiring. 实施候选人的背景调查，薪酬调查为最终录用提供建议；
7.Complete the monthly recruitment report, including the HR Dashboard report.完成月度的招聘报告，包括人力资源仪表盘相关内容；
8.Lead and maintain the job analysis and job description & job qualification.负责和维护工作分析及岗位说明书；

任职资格Job Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree with the major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, etc. 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学相关专业；
2.At least 5 years recruitment working experience, manufacturing background is must. 至少5年制造企业招聘工作经验，必须是制造企业背景；
3.Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 良好的沟通能力及人际关系能力；
4.High responsibility and execution ability. 较强的责任心及执行力；
5.Good command of English both in verbal and written. 良好的英文听说读写能力；
6.Excellent in Microsoft office including Word, Excel, Power Point and Office Project. 优秀的办公软件操作技能（Word, Excel, Power Point and Office Project.）
