职位描述：
Responsibilities

1. Receive PO and create SO in ERP system, communicate with client about the delivery date
2. Maintain customer information, sales price, projects information and material data in ERP system.
3. Coordinate with purchasing team for out-sourced items delivery schedule
4. Work with Production team and understand production order completion status anytime per project
5. Deal with customer’s snag and work with QC department to provide solution，track down and follow up with
re-work order status
6. Receive RFQ form client, coordinate with Engineering to provide quotation and service lead time to client
7. Manager CS documents and files
8. Assistant to develop and improve of standard CS process flow chart
9. Perform other assigned tasks, not specifically mentioned in the job description.


Qualification/Requirements
1. High sense of responsibility.
2. Good English communication ability both in oral and written.
