职位描述：
Primary Activities 主要工作：
- According to the requirements of Inspection &Test Plan and Process Flow Drawing, to perform the inspection of check points. The emphasis task is on pressure vessel assembly inspection and hydrostatic test
根据检验试验计划及工艺流程图的要求，进行质量控制点的检查。重点在于压力容器的总装检查和水压试验
- Welding inspection, VT inspection, including surface treatment such as sand blasting and painting quality inspection
焊接检验，目视检查，包括表面处理诸如喷砂油漆质量的检查
- For quality problem, first analysis and then make judgement with quality team, to co-ordinated with production department to treat the problem or issue NCR
对于发现的质量问题，进行分析和判断，及时协调生产部门处理或发出不一致品报告
- Be responsible for the statistic and sorting of quality problem, issue Quality Status Bulletin in fixed period for the sake of quality system persistence improvement
负责所检产品质量问题的统计、分类，定期发布质量状态通报，以便及时进行管理体系改进
- Be responsible for the quality monitor of assemblor
负责装配工的工作质量的监督
- Be responsible for the quality random checking for the status of process checking which not listed in ITP but in travel sheet
负责抽检非质量计划检验点的工序检查情况
- Be responsible for the collect and keep of process control original records, and preparing of pressure test reports and final assembly inspection report.
负责质量过程控制文件的收集、保存，编制水压报告和总装检验报告
- Be abide to the company and department rule strictly, and do their job seriously, honestly
遵守公司及部门有关管理制度及规定，工作认真严谨

Education & Work experience 教育及工作经验:
- College Degree or above大专以上学历
- Minimum 3 years experience in manufacture field. Pressure vessel industry preferred最低3年制造业领域工作经验，压力容器行业优先。

Knowledge, Skill & Competence Required 知识、技术及能力:
- Be familiar with ISO 9000 & ASME Code, Oral & written in bilingual(English & Chinese) is required, Work
