1. Safety
> Support EHS engineer to identify plant EHS issues and support EHS audit
2. Training
> Do introduction VPS training to new employees
> Do VPS tools training to operators according to Dept. plan
> Weekly OJT at production area
3. Standards definition and improvement
> Create standards regarding KOSU, 5S, respect of products, zoning, change over, etc.
> Make audit to make sure the standards are respectd
> Improve the standards
4. Database creation
> Create database on KOSU, DLE, TRS, TRP
> Make audit to make sure the database is well maintained
> Monitor the VPS axis deployment in the APU.
>Do OJT to coach APU members on application of VPS tools and methodologies
5. Kaizen activities
> Organize VPS Committee, record meeting minutes and send to relative people
> Update VSA roadmap
> Leads 2 wrokshop permanently and one of them is the pilot subject of the plant
> Muda hunting by flow analysis with supervisors and define action plan
> Implement Production Kanban and update loop size weekly
6. Layout
> Improve layout and update layout file
7. Crossfunction
> With CIM: on standards at Log. area and Kanban production < = > Logistics
> With project: implement lean investment
> With -30: update DL savings reservior
8. Report
> Daily: KOSU, DLE of APU and plant; Top3 issues
> Weekly: DLE, TRS and TRP of plant and Top3 issues
> Monthly: DLE, TRS, TRP and 5S of plant and Top3 issues
