职位描述：
Core Responsibilities:

1. Work out raw material purchasing plan, ensure the supply of production line and control the inventory according to the customer forecast weekly.

2. Monitor the material inventory status and check the production line consumption accurately and prevent line down.

3. Monitor and rate supplier delivery performance, coordinate the relevant delivery issue positively.

4. Monitor the material inventory, do the stock taking regularly and analysis of deviation to confirm the inventory accurately.

5. Optimize the inventory levelling and improve the inventory turns.

6. Monitor and optimize the transportation cost, control the logistic expenses.

7. Monitor, analyse and improve the SAP data quality.

8. Support as SAP key user.

9. Other tasks assigned by supply chain manager.


Working Requirements:

1. Familiar to the SAP system.
2. Proficient with MS office.
3. Knowledge of material planning and production planning procedures.
4. Good experience in inventory management.
5. Experience in Lean Manufacturing and JIT.
6. Good experience in automotive products manufacturing environment.
7. Strong oral and written communication skills. Team competency of working effectively with diverse people in diverse situation to achieve business objectives. 举报 分享
