职位描述：
Job description:
1. Ensure the development and implementation of purchasing strategies for plant.
2. Ensure availability of qualified and highly motivated purchasing staff in the team.
3. Define saving potentials, lead cost saving program and implement activities together with team members.
4. Prepare and lead negotiations with the strategic non-product material & product material suppliers
5. Lead the yearly supplier evaluation, and constant monitoring of supplier performance and take actions to improve it.
6. Regularly report about purchasing activities as well as KPI tracking to department manager.
7. Involve and join the customer / internal / external audits as well as supplier periodic audit together with SQE team.
8. Analysis, evaluate, risk forecasting and/or preventing of material market in China as well as globally.
9. Assist department manager in making & implementing purchasing plan and budget.
10. Responsible for Compliance activity for purchasing team as well as all non-product material & product material suppliers.
11. Other tasks which given by department manager.

Job requirements:
1. More than 3years management experience of leading purchasing team
2. Good purchasing experience including price negotiations for metal & plastic parts for at least 5 years
3. More than 5years sourcing experience of Non-Product Material, especially for molds, toolings, ect.
4. Good knowledge of reading drawings & quality systems
