职位描述：

Series production technical support:

-main customer interface for hardware,PCB,EMC related topic during product life cycle.

-Analysis, breakdown customer request and needs.

-Answer customer question regarding Hardware architecture.

-Review and approve product /process. supplier chain change request related to Hardware/PCB of wiper motor.

-Support other network for Hardware and EMC related topics.

-Product quality support.

-Supplier quality issue support.

Warranty analysis:

-Support warranty team for the wiper motor warranty return analysis.

-Technical support for Hardware/PCB wiper motor warranty return parts analysis.

-Define analysis plan.

-Analyze result.

-Propose improvement plan(supplier, process, product design.）

Organizational

-Attend plan QRQC and Warranty QRQC when required.

-Main and updated personal training plan.

-Participate in contribute to customer meeting to address technical issues when required.

-Develop strong Customer relations.

-Maintain a clear work area compliant to 5S and security procedure.

-File patent disclosures and work instructions as required.

-Recommend and implement suggestion.

-Develop /update procedure and work instruction as required.

-Achieve annual performance objectives.
