- Must be well-versed with MS Office applications.

本科有工科背景最好，1-2年工作经验。大专毕业但工作经历匹配的也可。
英语口语具备基本的交流能力，平时会有外国客户订单
- 能独立完成订单或者报价工作
- 良好的人际关系，沟通技巧和主动性
- 熟练运用OFFICE
- 良好的书面英语和口语

职 责：
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Dealing inquiries from external and internal customers and to satisfy with customers.
- Coordinate relevant department to have timely information flow.
- CMM data maintenance and other relevant service document update on time, ensure data integrity related to tariff classification, value information.
- Monthly report of technical service department on time.
- Business order follow (Make quotation, service contract negotiate with customer, goods and service schedule, payment, AR).
- Comply with company rules and regulations, assistant the whole team to achieve the company required performance.
- Service report SAP input monthly.
- Good team work, self - improvement and challenge constantly
- Make accurate record of stock of spare parts.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

对内：与各部门秘书助理保持良好沟通，确保部门间业务顺畅
对外：售前：对于客户的需求信息能够给到初步的建议，提供合同报价
售后：管理合同，跟踪付款进程，处理客户投诉，安排维修人员，日常数据录入等
