要 求：
Completed engineering education
8 years' work experience in design house, design department of shipyard or classification society
Theoretical knowledge and experienced with knowledge in acoustic, global and local vibration analysis and measurements
Proven track record in design and new building or conversion projects.
Proficient knowledge on IT and CAD as well as FE tools
Combine technical knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support with sales skills to provide advice and support
Ability to identify customer service requirements, formulate solution and manage opportunity from proposal to closing.
Proven track record in design and new building or conversion projects.
Good command of technical / business English, both spoken and written

Duties
Participate in development of business expansion strategy and its execution
Directed, develop, monitor and maintain project budgets and schedules, coordinating staff assignments as authorized by management
Actively involved in pre-sales and post sales activities, act as the driving force to push forward new business expansion
Manage and develop additional sales from existing clients as well to identify potential prospects
Be a trusted advisor to shipowners, design offices, shipyards, manufacturers, and other related clients for new building and trouble shooting
Signing business correspondence according to Corporate Procedure, and according to personal authorization
