Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing Communications (or related degree)
At least 2 year experience in marketing support role
Creative writing style/approach
Experience writing marketing content
Strong copywriting and editing skills
Strong computer skills, including MSWord, Excel, Power Point and Adobe In Design (or similar page layout program)
Good design and layout skills or art direction
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to support many stakeholders
Strong communication skills (written and oral)
Proven excellent organizational skills including prioritizing and multi-tasking in high pressured environments
Experience working as part of a distributed team

职 责：
Key Functions & Duties
Provide administrative and task support to marketing and business development teams
Liaise with local design or PR firms who are creating additional marketing tools
Support and participate in the development of marketing collateral, profiles, external communication tools and content, presentations and other marketing and communication documents
Review brand, positioning, messages and tone across all corporate communications material and ensure consistency
Execute strategic marketing plan tactics
Edit and archive marketing materials
Participate in the development and maintenance of the proposal content database
Communicate new information regarding awards, events, and sponsorship opportunities in consultation with supervisor
Participate along with the Kasian marketing team in developing and implementing the strategic marketing plan
