职位描述：
Responsibilities
? Lead manufacturing people to achieve product quality and shipment requirement.
推进精益生产过程，达到产品质量和装配要求
? Manage cross-functional team of technicians/line leader/leaders to achieve area goals.
跨部门协调技术人员、线长、组长达到工作目的
? Implement Continuous improvement in shop floor.
在车间推进持续改善项目
? Lead making Standardized work and maintain the standard the shop floor.
推进标准化生产
? Learn and implement 5S and Visualization.
学习执行5S和可视化操作
? Align with competency engineers/supervisors for shipment requirement.
配合工程师/主管完成装配需求
? Train operators to grasp necessary skills and knowledge to meet the operation requirement.
培训操作人员达到技能要求
? Improve his area 5S/discipline to meet company/customer audit requirement.
自己的工作范围符合5S标准，达到公司和客户的审计要求
? Comply with reporting system according to company requirement.
提交工作报告

Qualification/Requirements
? Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering/Industrial Engineering/Management Science.
本科学历，机械工程/工业工程/管理学为佳
? Over 5 years’ experience work in Assembly Industry.
5年以上工业品组装经验
? Good command of English.
英语优秀
? To lead a team of workforce in the assembly of products that meet quality, any cost responsiveness requirements
有管理组装线团队，质量监控和成本控制经验
? Good computer skill.
具备电脑操作技能
? Knowledge about Lean/IE is preferred.
