职位描述：
Key Working Areas:
1.Responsible for the Quality Policy & Ongoing Quality strategy for the Automotive China Business.
2. To implement and maintain Quality Management Systems to accredited standards across the division.
3. Overall responsibility for the Quality of the end product, which also includes the quality during the manufacturing process.
4. To manage the day-to-day functions of the Company Quality teams by leading, motivating and organising the Quality Teams.
5. To continually review & improve internal systems & procedures to ensure " right first time" philosophy is adopted.
6. To oversee all divisional quality functions by leading, motivating and organising the Quality team.
7. To liaise with internal and external customers in order to enhance relationships between Nylacast and our customers and resolve quality issues in a timely manner by using core tools, 8D, root cause analysis and other problem solving techniques.
8. Timely and accurate closure of internal and external quality concerns.
9. To oversee the material testing for the division.
10. To ensure the working environment is kept clean and tidy through the effective use of 6S principles.
11. Represent the company to existing & potential new customers.
12. Maintain accurate and detail filing systems for Quality.
13.Identify training nees throughout the organisation and your teams in relation to Quality.
14. Conduct in-house training in reference to areas Quality.
15. Establish and maintain appropriate KPIs in accordance with the Quality requirements.
16. Submit timely & accurate reports on Quality statistics.
17. To act professionally in accordance with the company policies and procedures as laid down in the Employee Handbook.
