职位描述：
Responsibilities
? Draft SOP and other standardized work for shop floor operation
? Identify problems in shop floor, raise proposals using Lean & IE knowledge, and coordinate related teams to solve it.
? Facilitate Standardized work, and coordinate other teams to develop standardized work. Personally involve in all standardized work setup.
? Set up visualization work where necessary. Combined with 5S principles, aimed to make practical work more smooth and efficient.
? Assist CI manager to set up Flow production and Pull system, and JIT production system in long run.
? Design and make jigs to improve operation efficiency.

Qualification/Requirements
? Bachelor or above
? Major in IE or mechanical field
? Familiar with IE tools
? 5S practical experience
? 3+ years’ experience in IE
? Strong communication ability
? Familiar with MS PPT, Excel.
? Willing to work in shop floor.
