职位描述：

ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:

Accountable for the development of Hilite China’s manufacturing capabilities and for assuring proper manufacturing processing of components and finished assemblies in order to obtain maximum productivity and desired quality.

Responsible for Hydraulic and Electrical equipment for solenoid products.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Monitor and perform process development to assure product quality, timely deliveries, continuing cost effectiveness and profitability.

2. Write and provide the technical specification to Purchasing Dept to purchase new equipment. Work as the leader for new projects.

3. PLC software development & modifications.

4. Work with lead plants to ensure designs & modifications adhere to the defined standards.

5. Continue to develop and improve TPM. Utilize tools to improve the problem solving effectively.

6. Planning and coordinating an array of activities pertaining to installation of site and process equipment, including supervising the installation of equipment, and commissioning new product lines, training of associates and maintenance personnel.

7. Collect and analyze the production data and equipment status data, find out and elimate main problem, and decrease downtime accordingly

8. Estimate equipment situation, identify potential equipment risk, utilize plan downtime to eliminate the risk in time.

9. Understand / Analyze the equipment deeply, correct the existed defect, improve equipment availability.

10. Training our engineer / technician & new employee, share experience with the other colleague, improve technical level of the whole team.

11. Organize & execute new equipment assembly.

12. Submitting weekly, monthly data of performance parameters to the management along with proposals to eliminate bottlenecks, reduce operating cost, increase efficiencies while maintaining the highest degree of quality possible

13. Ensure adherence to the Environmental Health and Safety in accordance with Hilite’s’ policies and procedures

14. Perform other duties as assigned or required by Management

REQUIRED EDUCATION BACKGROUND, KNOWLEDGE AND WORKING EXPERIENCE:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Electrical or similar Engineering Degree. With Automation or software development knowledge is preferred;

2. 5+ years’ PLC software design experience is necessary .

3. Hands on technical skills with respect to Mechanical Assembly, Machine Repair, Electrical Systems, Hydraulic Systems, Pneumatic Systems, PLC, servo system maintenance and logic systems.

4. Advanced Knowledge in programming (PLC ) preferred Step-7 and TIA, basic understanding of special machinery.

5. Familiarity with HMI, and Robotic programs .

6. Having Software development experience in Labview or other SQL-Server is prefered;

7. Data acquisition and industrial software development, familiar with National Instrument products;

8. Understanding of Advanced Manufacturing technologies

9. Ability to Communicate in English. German is preferred.

10. Applied Cost savings and Process Improvement Experience.

11. Good understanding of mechanics, hydraulics, data acquisitions and following measurements : Pressure, Flow, Force, Stroke, Torque, Current, and Temperature;

12. Familiar with technical specification and Data Analysis of automotive products;

13. Data Driven with Analytical Skills, and Ability to Work under Pressure

14. MS Projects, AutoCAD, MS Office& Internet application

15. Supervision, Training, Team Building & Leadership Skills.

16. Management Reporting, Technical Documentation, Supplier and Customer Relationship Management.

17. Familiar with electrical and mechanical components such as relay, proximity switch, frequency controller, motor, cylinder, all kinds of valve.
