Title:Senior Engineer/资深研发工程师

Location:Changshu



Purpose of the job:

To build up UPM AsRC's composite competences by

- Provide efficient and quality support/services to biocomposite projects with broad polymer

technologies and skills, transfer knowledge to related project leaders and customers.

- Support R&D result implementation with technical support and ensure delivery timeline.



Key tasks:

1.Technical development for UPM biocomposite application and processing in compliance with UPM R&D regulations.

2.Responsible for providing reliable data analysis and technical reports.

3.Provide or/and support to lab data quality control and technician's training.

4.Other job assigned by superior.



Requirements:

1.Good knowledge of polymer physic and chemistry, analysis and consequence ability,

2.Good injection molding skills and service spirit, possessing good interpersonal skills and fluent English,

3.Good organizational planning and presentation skills, strong team player and customer oriented, proactive and self-motivated, careful and patient.

4.Master with 2 -3 years or bachelor with 3-5years research/technical experience in R&D or polymer industry.
