职位描述
1) Develop and update HPV & BEC% benchmark internally & externally
2) Develop and optimize IE tools & methods
3) Evaluate ME design
4) Analyze key IE performance indicators and optimize the formulas
5) Research cutting edge IE methods
6) Support CIP project implementations
7) Support time study activities within the IE team when necessary
8 ) Support BDC optimization activities within the IE team when necessary
1) Bachelor degree, majored in Industrial Engineering or related fields
2) Minimum 3 years IE working experience in Auto / Auto Parts Industry
3) knowledge of lean manufacturing, theory of constraints, IE tools and methodologies, is required
4) Familiar with car manufacturing process, is preferred
5) Good English communication skill
6) Good presentation skills
7) Strong initiative and team work spirit
