CIP & IE Training Engineer

1) Coordinate with cross functional teams to implement continuous improvement projects

2) Provide technical analysis and judgments to support CIP teams for all shops

3) To be the primary knowledge holder for Lean / IE methods

4) Prepare and update training materials for shop floor associates as well as team/group leaders

5) To be the key contact to outside IE training resources

6) Deliver IE trainings to shop floor associates as well as team/group leaders

7) Support bottleneck analysis within the IE team when necessary

1) Bachelor degree, majored in Industrial Engineering or related fields

2) Minimum 3 years IE working experience in Auto / Auto Parts Industry

3) knowledge of lean manufacturing, theory of constraints and other IE methods, is required

4) Familiar with car manufacturing process, is preferred

5) Proven experience in managing a project from conception to implementation

6) Good coach skills, can provide technical trainings

7) Good English communication skill

8) Good presentation skills

9) Strong initiative and team work spirit
