职位描述：
Takes care of all process related job and could be / potential to handle with production, process, process safety or EHS, include but not limited to the JD here after: 对生产工艺负责并对相关的生产、工艺、安全进行控制管理
？ Work in close collaboration with Production, R&D, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality Control Departments.
与相关部门合作，如生产部门，研发部门，化学师团队，维修，质量控制部门
？ PHA related.相关的PHA工作
？ Design and check PID and interlock logistic in PLC system on the existing process with auto/instrument
Engineer 设计和维护检查PID，PLC联锁
？ Development process requirements according to R&D s guideline 跟据研发部门的指导，优化调整工艺
？ Development Process description and SOP 优化工艺说明及SOP
？ Training production team and other new comers on process 对生产团队及新员工进行工艺培训
？ Support to the related department from the point of technical 从技术的角度，支持其它相关部门
？ Trouble-shooting for production process 生产工艺的问题排除
？ Run OEE/TEEP analysis for system 进行OEE/TEEP分析
？ Follow up Company HSEQ policy and procedure遵守公司的健康安全环境质量方针政策,规章制度
？ Timely report out if have any concerns about HSEQ及时汇报健康安全环境质量的隐患或事故,提出建议

？ Provide technical support for operation team, evaluation, proposal, and implement process optimization and yield improvement programs.为生产团队提供技术支持，评估，建议，进行工艺优化，收率提升
？ Participate new product introduction trial practice and related documentary preparation.
参与新产品的引进测试及相关文件的准备
？ Serve as an active member of the Process Risk Assessment team and participate in the investigation and resolution of all production related incidents.积极参与工艺风险评估团队，参与生产相关的事帮调查和解决
？ Participate process and product quality trouble shootings and edit & validate process WI and SOP.
参与工艺和产品质量的问题排除，WI和SOP的修订和确认
？ Keep production process stable and safety condition, provide high quality products for customer
保持生产工艺的稳定和安全，为客户提供高质量的产品
？ Maintain equipment in high efficiency running 维持设备高效运转
？ Training operators for process procedure 为生产员工提供工艺程序培训
？ As MoC sponsor to propose and follow up all workshop modification 作为MOC的发起人，跟踪车间的变更项 举报 分享
