职位描述：
Core Responsibilities:
1, Implement and maintain TS16949 system, Benteler QM system, ISO14001system, OHSAS18001 system and Benteler SHE system.
2, To fully get involved in document management and control files’ validation.
3, To support archives management.
4, To ensure that all quality system procedure is maintained at all times.
5, To organize and participate internal and external system audit and process audit.
6, To follow up the action plan based on audit result and make it close on time.
7, To train other for quality and SHE system if needed.
8, To prepare and maintenance the relevant document and record in quality department.
9, Responsible for the implementation of ISO14001 and OHSAS18001.
10, Arrange and prepare for quality activities.
11, To collaborate in planning and implementation of fault prevention methods (e.g.8D)
12, To ensure that all safety, health and EMS procedures are maintained at all times.
13, Assure the application of the SHE aspects in the area of responsibility and conduct SHE
 job function in SHEQ team.
14, Provide consulting and support executives in all questions regarding safety,
environmental protection, protection against accidents and health protection.
15, Identify and execute new or updated laws, regulations and Benteler standards.
16, Do risk management in order to prevent hard incident regarding safety and environment.
17, Organize training and support for qualified employees at key stations, for example setters, first aider, fire warden, conforming to laws and regulations, handling of hazard substances.
18, Arrange walk around regularly and follow up action plan closed status.
19, Arrange safety committee meeting regularly.
20, Implement energy conservation and emission reduction.
21, Other requirements related SHE.
22, Supporting Benteler others plant jobs if need.
23, Other duties and assignments given by SHEQ manager.

Requirements:
1, Bachelor degree or above in fabrics or related major.
2, Familiar with ISO TS 16949/VDA 6.1/QS9000/ISO14001/OHSAS18001.
3, Three years work experience on automotive industry at least.
4, Fluent oral English and good written and reading English skills. 举报 分享
