职位描述：
ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:
This position provides leadership in process planning, machine setup and optimization, and continuous quality, efficiency improvement activities for machining production parts.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Responsible for machining process and tooling improvement.
2. Responsible for machining part manufacturing concept, equipment, fixture, tooling design and selection for different type of product.
3. Responsible for machining part process adjustment and program optimization.
4. Continuous improvement on machining and associated process to reduce cost per piece and improve process capability.
5. Responsible for the development of machining techniques that are needed by Hilite group business.
6. To work with internal quality engineering for internal machining process inspection tools selection, and quality control methods plan.
7. Responsible for coordinating the solution of customer concerns that are the result of internal machining process non-conformance and to assure that a documented corrective action is provided for customer review as required.
8. Responsible for the review, documentation, verification and approval of internal machining corrective actions and the maintenance of supplier corrective action monitoring systems.
9. Provide support to production line in the solution of quality concerns regarding machining components.
10. Perform failure analysis on the machining components of the rejected units from production line or customer.
11. Work with the First Test Yield team to improve machining problems to support the assembly line test yield.
12. In case of needed, support external machining supplier development.


PRINCIPAL WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Works closely with all levels of personnel internally to assure Changshu machining parts quality and efficiency are properly maintained.


REQUIRED EDUCATION BACKGROUND, KNOWLEDGE AND WORKING EXPERIENCE:

The incumbent should be proficient in the development and evaluation of machining process, CNC machine set up, program adjustment and optimization, quality control.
A mechanical or mechatronics engineering degree or the equivalent in experience is required.
5+ years of machining manufacturing experience is preferred.
Familiar with SW machine is preferred.
Hands-on CNC programing of SW machine.
Very familiar with tools cutter setting.
Good communication skill , willing to coach technician
