职位描述
Cash Flow | 1. Conduct cash disbursement scheduling to maintain company’s cash flow by managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable 2. Maintain vendor basic data |
Borrowings | 1. Prepare related documents for borrowings |
Customer Credit Management | 1. Prepare A/R balance confirmation letter to customers periodically |
Company Licence & Payment Authorization Change Management | 1. Execute business registration & update related bank documents 2. Execute payment authorization change based on board resolution |
Reporting | 1. Prepare Customer/Vendor/Bank confirmation letter 2. Provide requested document to banks |
Documentation Management | 1. Company contract management 2. Voucher and accounting documents binding and management |
岗位要求：
Education:
University or equivalent professional degree, in Accounting or related disciplines
Skills & Experience:
Working experience as Cashier /Accountant is plus, preferably in a similar business.
Language ability:
-English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC score 400
-Good English skills both in written
