ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:
Accountable for providing effective, accurate, and efficient product drawings and CAD models to the Product Engineering Group.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Ensures that design intent is captured and preserved throughout design process.
2. Performs axial and radial tolerance stack-ups as needed to verify design intent.
3. Ensures that drawings are prepared in an efficient and accurate manner.
4. Ensures that drawings satisfy the criteria set forth by the Design Supervisor.
5. Maintains controlled drawings and their BOM structure in an SQL Database.
6. Generate assembly and detail drawings for Prototype and Current Production.
7. Design and detail new fixtures, gages, and tooling.
8. UGNX Solid Modeling experience is required. I_Deas, CATIA & ProE experience is preferred.
9. General Understanding of hydraulic, magnetic and mechanical systems.
10. Manages and co-ordinates all product related ECNs. Manage ECN log and procedure.
11. Performs work with minimal or no supervision.
12. Contributes positively in a team environment.
13. Performs other tasks as assigned or required.

REQUIRED EDUCATION BACKGROUND, KNOWLEDGE AND WORKING EXPERIENCE:

1. Associates Degree in Drafting and designing
2. 5 Years Industrial Experience
3. Ability to visualize three dimensional features and geometry.
4. Knowledge of AIAG Quality System Requirements;
5. English is must, German is a plus;
