- Report directly to production dept. manager.
直接报告于生产部经理。

- Supervise, train and manage the shift leaders and technical employee to work efficiently and meet production performances.
指导、培训并管理领班及机修进行有效的工作，达到生产绩效.

- Continuous improve the plan capacity to ensure the daily production output meets targets in terms of quality, productivity, yield and delivery commitment targets with the safety situation.
持续提高生产计划能力，在安全的前提下，确保产品的质量、产量、收益和交付承诺上达到预定的目标。

- Constant communication with employees for feedback to improve existing process. continuous improve the equipment utilization.
经常与员工交流，以持续改进生产工艺和设备利用率。

- Ensures efficient deployment of manpower, equipments and continuous optimize the produce procedure
确保有效地运用人力，设备并持续优化生产程序。

- Make sewing operators following all the company policy.
依照公司的政策方针要求生产员工。

- Smooth the production line in time.
及时调整以确保顺利生产。

- Ensure the workshop run in a effective performance.
确保生产车间有效运行。

岗位要求：

- 本科或以上学历，机械类相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above in mechanics or related field;

- 3年以上汽车零部件行业相关生产管理工作经验；
At least 3 years working experience of production management in automotiv industry;

- 优秀的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神和责任感；
Excellent communication skills, team spirit and a good sense of responsibility;

- 有团队管理经验并能够独立解决工作中遇到的问题；
Rich experience in team management, and capable of dealing with problems dependently;

- 良好的英语沟通能力；
Good command of English communication skills;

- 熟练使用计算机办公软件；
Be familiar with office software;

- 能适应倒班工作。
