职位描述：
1 Job Summary:工作概况
Support the Suzhou plant product engineering design activities between Amherst product engineering department on all technical communications and support all new projects on engineering drawing changes and SAP processes.
     支持苏州工厂产品工程设计活动之间的阿默斯特的产品工程部对所有技术沟通和支持
    所有新项目工程制图和SAP流程变化。

2 Duties and Responsibilities:主要职责
a) Prepare 3D NX(UG) design layouts of complex parts and complete 2D NX(UG) drawings to communicate product requirements.
准备3 d NX(UG)复杂零部件的设计布局，完成2 d NX(UG)图纸沟通产品需求。
b) knowledgeable of current GD&T standards and has the ability to perform tolerance stack analysis.
了解当前的GD&T标准和有能力执行堆栈公差分析。
c) knowledgeable of common manufacturing processes and materials for high volume production and for low volume prototyping
了解共同制造工艺和材料的高容量生产和低容量的原型
d) Familiar with standard drafting concepts and procedures
熟悉标准起草的概念和程序
e) Maintain engineering BOM
维护工程物料清单
f) Maintain engineering drawings
维护工程图纸
g) Recommend appropriate compressor design content to meet Customer vehicle performance specifications
h) 推荐合适的压缩机设计内容以满足客户车辆性能规范
Support the investigation of Customer Assembly Plant issues
i) 支持客户组装厂的调查问题
Coordination of design change with manufacturing
j) 协调与生产设计更改
Development and Support of cost reduction initiatives
k) 成本削减计划的发展和支持
Provide failure analysis for development, validation, and field return
l) 为发展提供失效分析、验证和回归

Communicate all product engineering changes to all related department in Suzhou plant
m) 与苏州工厂所有相关部门沟通产品工程更改
n) Coordinating process changes through CMII system as focal point.
通过CMII系统协调过程变化将其作为一个焦点。

o) Support local supplier on engineering development and validation.
支持本地供应商开发和产品验证

3 Authority:岗位权限
a) Assist product engineer design.
      协助产品工程师设计。
b) Assist DPSS product on all technical communications activities.
帮助离散产品所有的技术交流活动。
c) Assist PC&L on packaging design tasks.
协助PC&L包装设计任务。


4 Job Specifications岗位要求
A) General requirements基本素质要求
i. Good command of English ( both spoken and written )
良好的英语读写能力
ii. Four year college degree or equivalent training.
四年大学学位或同等培训。
iii. 0~3 years of relevant experience.
0~3年以上相关工作经验。
iv. Good problem solving capability , result oriented.

b) 4.2 Special skill and knowledge requirements. 专业技能要求
i. Understanding of the automotive standards such as SPC , GD&T ( Gaging, dimensioning and tolerancing ).
