职位描述：
1. Fill in forms accorfing to production plans, update the visual board;
依据生产计划填写产品切换单，更新看板
2. Check with equipments and materials of production line;
确认产线设备、物料是否正常
3. Personnel training and skill-improvement;
员工培训，技能提升
4. Record personnel attendance, and finish related prodcution report;
记录当日员工考勤， 填写相关生产报表
岗位要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above, Engineering or other corresponding knowledge;
本科及以上学历，工科背景；
2. Basic skills in English, and office software;
简单英文阅读能力，办公自动化基础；
3. Interested in production management, tough and hard, be able to adjust to shift work;
对生产管理有兴趣，吃苦耐劳，能适应倒班工作;
4. Communicate effectively with all levels, with team spirit.
