职位描述：

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
? To ensure development of detailed definitions and specifications of gauges and fixtures
? To ensure preparation of prototype & pre-series APQP PPAP in consideration of customer specific requirements (e.g. QS 9000, VDA6 etc.) and customer specific documents if required
? To review and verify product specification handbook (SOR)
? To initiate PVP and other quality files required by CBU during quotation phase
? To develop the testing overview & cost planning
? To conduct reviews of all relevant Customer Specifications
? To review geometrical dimensions & tolerances (drawings)
? To develop P-FMEA until SOP
? To give support in developing detailed material specifications
? To conduct product and process feasibility and risk assessments within the project team
? To carry out periodic meetings with quality department at customer (cubing, tolerance reviews, customer complaints etc.) during development phase
? To ensure testing and measuring of production parts
? To set up production parts sample reports (PSW / ISIR)
? To be responsible for data entry in IMDS (International Material Data System)
? To assist purchasing in evaluation and selection of Tier 2 suppliers
? To organize meetings for quality related issues
? To decide on approval of checking fixtures, prototype parts, initial sample parts
? To report to customer on APQP progress
? To finish other tasks assigned by Head of PM & APQP
? To ensure the Continuous Improvement Management System within Advanced Quality Planning
? To ensure the Advanced Quality Planning meets the requirements of TS 16949 and ISO 14001

MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor degree or above majored in engineering or relevant
? At least 3 year experience in the same function with the automotive industry, experience in multinational company is a plus
? Practical experiences in advanced quality planning and supplier quality development, an auditor certification will be a plus
? Familiar with APQP, FMEA, PPAP procedures of western OEMs such as PPAP, PPF, Q3P etc.
? Profound knowledge of PC applications, especially Lotus Notes, MS-Powerpoint and MS-Project
? Command of English is a plus
? Quick learning ability and team spirit, target-oriented
? Willing to travel domestically
