Maintenance & Repair Engineer

Description:

Reporting to Maintenance Supervisor, the selected candidate will be responsible for plant facility and equipment maintenance and repairing include pipeline, power distribution, extinguishing and production/lab equipment etc. This position needs to ensure the facility and equipment in good condition by making and carrying out the implementing plan of Maintenance & Engineering timely. He/She will guide and coach the production people on the equipment application to make sure the equipment in good performance and high utilization and make sure the facilities in best and safety status. This person will help to maintain utilities to ensure the production and lab in good condition and monitor electricity on daily basis. Other task include implementation of 5S and EHS activities in responsible areas, new equipment installation and adjustment and design work of the relative parts and tools of equipment according to the specific requirement.

Requirements:

To be considered you shall have college degree or above and at least 5-8 years hands on experience on facility and equipment maintenance. Valid electrician certification is a must have item. The ideal candidate should have good spoken and written English skill, able to communicate well and is a team player. Candidate from multi-national company at chemical industry is preferred.
