副总经理（超大型现代粮食物流园）

任职要求：

1、熟悉国家、地区及行业关于国家宏观政策、城市控规、项目规划、用地条件、拆迁补偿安置等方面的法律法规及政策。

2、熟知大型产业园区（最好熟悉现代粮食物流园区）开发政策、流程及报审、报建、各项手续的审批程序，具有相关资格证书；
3、熟悉项目开发全过程，具备项目规划报建的实践经验，熟悉规划部门各个职能关系，并能熟练、独立完成规划部门各种规划报建手续办理工作。

4、熟知项目规划设计、成本造价控制、工程概预算管理、工程监控等。
5、年龄45岁以下，工民建、房地产经济等相关专业教育背景；具备 5 年以上大型房地产公司（尤其是大型产业园项目地产）前期开发相关工作经验；曾独立完成两个以上一、二级土地开发项目者优先考虑。
6、性格外向，善于处理各种复杂的人际关系，具备较强的公关能力、沟通协调能力和关系组织能力。

7、具有高度的责任感和忠诚度，能适应长期外派工作。

负责集团下属的超大型现代粮食物流园项目的规划设计、开发建设、经营管理等全面工作。
