Job Description

Overseeing various supporting functions of company, which include Operations & Customer Service, IT, administration, finance, HR. Assist MD/GM in budget planning and cost monitoring / management;

Working together with Head of Credit Risk and MD/GM, formulating sustainable operation risk framework, reviewing company Standard Operations Procedures (“SOP”) periodically and introduce new measures to prevent and minimize operation risks as well as optimize cost;

Sits in company EXCO and Credit Committee. Deputy Chair to EXCO in the absence of MD/GM. Secretary to Board of Directors;

Chief Officer in charge of pre-credit approval assessment of applications, post approval documentation and authorizes loans releases. Authorized signatory to company’s settlement accounts with custodian banks;

Responsible for billing of loans customers and performing follow up calls and reminders up to the stage of delinquencies. Work closely with partner banks to monitor the payment aging lists;

Approve expenses and claims including those of MD/GM accordance to service term and budget.

Authorizes reports and returns / financial to the regulators / management / Group.

负责公司后台运营部门管理，包括业务客服部、IT、行政部、财务部以及人事部；协助董事总经理进行预算计划和成本监控、管理；

与风控总监和董事总经理共同制定公司可持续发展框架,回顾公司的标准操作规程(SOP)，并定期推出一些新举措,以预防和减少经营风险以及优化成本；

公司管理委员会、贷审会成员，董事会秘书；

贷款申请前期审查主要负责人；已审批贷款放款授权人；资金托管银行结算账户授权签字人；

负责客户的还款提醒以及催收，与合作银行密切配合；

根据服务协议及预算进行费用和员工报销的支付审批，包括董事总经理及其他总经理的费用审批；

监管机构及集团管理财务报表审核人。

Requirement

Over 8 years experience in banking operations, possess hand on knowledge on banking routine, dealing with tax bureaus, processing of payment request, checking of documents for loans releases / effect payments, experience in due diligence and field work for address authentication for account relationship purposes;

Able to manage a team of department managers, over the functions of finance (accounting and budgeting), IT & Admin, HR and general operations of the company.

Have working knowledge and able to formulate operation risk policies and need to review company Standard Operations Procedures periodically;

Have working knowledge on Business Continuous Plan (“BCP”) and Disaster Recovery (“DR”).

Internal ranking & remuneration

Should be in Band 2 of company corporate ranking, 2^nd in line of command. either in the rank of Senior Manager (“SMR”) or Deputy General Manager (“DGM”);

For SMR level, minimum commencing salary should be CNY20,000 pm, plus other fringe benefits approved under the company policies;

For DGM level, remuneration and other benefits would be at Group’s senior management discretion and approved by the Board or its authorized representative;
