职位描述：
JOB PURPOSE:
·Achieve customer satisfaction through technical support by working with China team and dealers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Provide technical support to dealers and VIPs, including but not limited to
 Provide technical support via phone
 Provide in-site technical support
 Provide installation service when requested
 Provide in-service training and technical service training when requested
 Provide reprocessing room design
·Maintain and record tools, spare parts inventory and technical documents in Shanghai.
·Collect and maintain service, installation, and PM records for China
·Collect and maintain the defective spare parts in-warranty
·Collect account receivable incurred during your out-warranty service
·Track and report product quality issues, inclusive facilitation product complaint report
·Track and report dealer technical service quality issue, propose and take corrective action
·Provide other technical support as requested

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY REQUIRED FOR POSITION:
·College or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics or Mechanics.
·At least one year working experience of after-sales service
·Strong communication skills
