Responsibilities:
-This person would be responsible for managing and implementing the manufacturing quality, technical and cost control methods and systems to effectively produce the products. Control operating costs to targeted levels.
-Develop systems for the reliable and effective management of the operating location. Publish key performance measures and communicate with management the status and progress towards objectives.
-Establish production schedules for timely delivery of the production plan.
-Develop and implement accurate inventory tracking control measures. Lead and participate in make versus buy decisions for products. Develop reliable forecasting and planning systems.
-Exceeds productivity and efficiency goals.
-Maintains safety of operations, and manpower requirement.
-Assists to prepares annual operating budget and ensures adherence to budget and operational objectives.
-Assures we have equipment needed and is functional to produce according to schedule.
-Assures products and parts are shipped according to agreed upon ship dates.
-Implements quality assurance systems and programs to meet company quality objectives.
-Coordinates with Production Planning regarding schedules and/or problems.
-Implements corrective actions immediately so that schedules are met and problems are addressed with the appropriate measures.
-Recommends measures to improve production methods, labor performance, and quality of product.
-Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency.
-Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists supervisors in solving work-related problems.
-May hold production meetings to communicate actions taken, ensuring performance standards are exceeded and assuring performance standards are met.

Requirements:
-Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year fully accredited university.
-Minimum three to five years previous automotive manufacturing/plant experience required.
-Thorough knowledge and understanding of Plastic&stamping Materials , production fabrication, mechanical assembly, stockroom, warehouse, and related processes.
-Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with large amounts of data, analyze and implement corrective actions that produce meaningful results.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Good human relations skills necessary.
-Good leadership skills; able to problem solve, persuade and motivate.
-Good coordination skills, able to plan, prioritize and organize.
-Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines/production schedules.
