职位描述：
岗位描述
1. 负责筛选房地产拟投资项目。
2. 对拟投资房地产项目进行市场调研，可行性分析，组织尽职调查，撰写投资可研报告等。
3. 配合参与项目谈判、交易架构设计，基金方案的组织、实施和监控等工作。
4. 完成项目市场调研、投资测算、现金流分析等。
任职要求：
1. 大学本科或以上学历，房地产管理、建筑工程、工程概预算、金融、投资等相关专业毕业。
2. 3年以上项目拓展和地产投融资经验，具有一定的项目拓展能力。
3. 熟悉房地产投资及开发流程，熟悉房地产开发成本控制和工程造价。
4. 能够独立进行房地产项目市场调研、投资测算、现金流分析、可研报告撰写等相关工作。
5. 熟悉房地产行业及基金投资行业相关法律、法规。
6. 工作积极主动，具有较强的学习能力、逻辑能力、领悟能力、沟通交流和谈判能力。
7. 诚实守信，吃苦耐劳，良好的职业操守，具有良好的团队精神和较强的独立工作能力。
