Job Description:

1. SW desing and development for telecom network management

2. participate in feasibility study, produce and maintain software design; implement and maintain SW features; perform coding, unit test and feature/integration test; ensure features meet requirements with high quality

3. investigate and solve bugs reported by the Test and Customer Support teams

Qualifications:

1. good mastery of software design and programming, master at least Java programming, C/C++ experiences and familiar with other programming languages is a plus

2. experienced in NMS or SDN development

3. familiar with UNIX/LINUX

4. working experience with distributed computing preferred

5. experienced in GUI design and implementation, experience in web front end or mobile application is a plus

6. familiar with SDH/PDH & Ethernet services (or in general TDM & data communications) preferred

7. major in telecom engineering, computer science or related, master or above degree preferred

8. good communication skills and good English will be a plus

9. team spirit, work with pressure, self motivated

公司成立初期，以阿尔卡特朗讯OMSN及PTN系列产品开发和维护外包业务为主。涉及的1662SMC, 1646SM/SMC, 1642EM/C, 1643AM等多业城域光网络传输产品和1850 TSS-5R，1850TSS-5C和1850TSS-3等PTN产品，大量应用于电信业务运营商和专网传输领域、3G以及4G移动通信业务回传。2015年完成了近20个产品版本的开发和发布，开发质量达到或超过阿尔卡特朗讯设定的各项质量标准。期间，公司有1项发明专利申请已经被受理。除上述研发外包业务外，公司启动了几个自主产品的研发计划，瞄准国家鼓励发展的下一代网络技术和国家宽带战略方向，继承发扬在数字光传输领域的技术积淀，提供4G/5G移动通信业务的承载和回传，以及应用于智能电网建设和改造、高速铁路网络建设、高速公路信息化以及城市轨道交通网络调度和监控的解决方案。
同时，公司积极拓展光传输网络运行维护和高级技术诊断、网络优化方案咨询和实施等专业服务，目前已经初步在东南亚、中东以及国内电力、轨道交通等非电信运营商领域取得突破，预计在未来一两年内将成为公司的另一个主要业务领域。以网络维护服务为载体，公司正在积极走向市场，挖掘和响应非运营商领域客户的个性化需求，结合公司强大的技术开发能力，为用户提供高效可靠的定制化解决方案。
