Job Description:
? Mechanical system management include Clean Room (MAU新风系统, FFU高效过滤系统), Chiller Water（冷冻水系统）, Compressor Dry Air (CDA)（空压系统）, Process Vacuums (PV)（工艺设备真空系统）, Process Cooling Water (PCW)（工艺设备冷却水系统）, Exhaust（抽风系统） and HVAC system（普通空调系统）.
? Collaborate with operation and maintenance team to develop a comprehensive system operation and maintenance plan for assets to maximize life time. Provide operational efficiency, maintenance and commissioning solutions.
? Systems assessment and improvement roadmap establishment and implementation; Capital and expense projects execution in support of safety, reliability, quality, environmental and cost objective.
? Ensuring system operating reliably
? Overlooking projects to meet design criteria, scope, budget and schedule.
? Manage technical, administrative, financial, schedule aspects, strategic communications, and customer stakeholder relationships during the execution of various facilities projects.
? Technician and operators training;

Job Requirements:
? Bachelor degree on mechanical engineering background;
? 2~5 years’ experience facilities mechanical systems’ construction or design ;
? Familiar with mechanical related system. And mechanical equipment maintenance.
? Ability to coordinate multiple design disciplines on a variety of projects;
? Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese;
? Problem solving skill
? Independent, self-motivated and ambitious of unquestionable personal professional integrity;
? Experience in construction and project management and supplier management.
Skills / Certifications：
? Witten and Oral English
? Presentation skill
? Systematic problem solving
? Mechanical equipment maintenance knowledge.
? Familiar with related GB code.
? Proficient to Microsoft office software include Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and AutoCAD.
