Position Overview

Assist Talent Acquisition Managers in the process of recruitment.
Contribute to build up and strength an open, timely, transparent communication channel between HR with employees.

Recruitment:

Partner with our recruitment team to identify, engage, and evaluate and recruit senior level candidates.
Develop interview guides for candidate assessment, conduct thorough candidate assessment via phone or in-person interviews, and manage the candidate experience by ensuring that all candidates have a positive interaction with Ubisoft at all stages of the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, by proactively responding to the business needs, and create and document detailed recruitment project plans, which encompass timelines, strategies, cost, resources, and ROI of various recruiting activities and efforts.

HR:

Work closely with HR BP team to ensure HR initiatives/programs are implemented effectively
Ensure all HR practices, records, etc. are in full compliance with statutory requirements
Participate in other HR projects, programs or activities, as assigned

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in managing full-cycle recruitment projects, ideally in an international context;
A desire to interact on a daily basis with senior highly creative professionals;
English proficiency (reading and writing);
Excellent communication and relationship development skills;
Autonomous, dynamic and results orientated approach;
Excellent organization and time management skills;
Previous executive search recruitment experience, ideally in the high-tech or entertainment industry;
Passionate gamer will be preferred.
Bachelor degree major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Education or Computer Science. 举报 分享
