职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for warehouse overall management ; 负责仓库的全面管理；
2. Be responsible for labor and workload review, and apply additional labor, if needed; 负责仓库人员配置评估，及提请新增人员；
3. Be responsible for hiring and interviewing new warehouse labor ; 负责仓库人员的招聘及面试；
4. Be responsible for warehouse guy's educating and training, and warehouse work assignment;
    负责仓库人员的培训、教育及工作内容的分配；
5. Be responsiable for talking with guys who want to leave, and arrange the leaving; 负责欲离职人员面谈，及离职工作安排；
6. Be responsiable for the safety of warehouse materials, to prevent from stealing; 负责仓库财产安全管理，防止偷盗行为；
7. Be responsiable for materials management, to make sure materials put and kept well, no damage from bad environment;
    负责库存物料存放管理监督，防止环境因素对物料的不良影响，及确保物料的摆放整齐、合理；
8. Be responsiable for warehouse count management, to keep the count on a high accuracy level;
    负责仓库账目管理，使账目保持较高准确率；
9. Be responsiable for monitoring the using and maintaining of warehouse equipment and facilities;
    负责仓库设备、器械、治具的使用和维护的监督；
10. Be responsiable for building, improving of warehouse management system, and implement the system;
      负责仓库管理体系的建立、完善和推行；
11.Be responsiable for the implement of company's management policy; 负责公司管理制度在仓库方面的落实和执行；

Qualifications 任职资格
- Education: College degree or above 教育水平：大学专科以上学历
- Professional: Majors about logistic or management 专业：物流、管理类专业
- Work Experience: More than 4 years work experience, at least 2 years in warehouse, and at least 1 year as warehouse
    Supervisor. 工作经验：四年以上工作经验，仓库工作经验至少二年，仓库主管经历至少一年

Capacity Requirement 能力要求:
1. Have strong feel of responsibility; 具有较强的责任心；
2. Have strong abilities of leadership; 具有较强的领导能力；
3. Can undertake big work pressure; 能承受较大的工作压力；
4. Be goods at warehouse management and materials control; 精通仓库管理及物控的各个模块；
