Job Description:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning activities , and then ensuring our marketing targets are met through promotion, advertising and PR. The main goal is to maximize company revenues.Planning·Contribute annual, quarterly and monthly lead generation projections to the company budgeting process for all products and all centers.

Deliver all marketing activity within agreed budget.·Contribute to budgeting process with reliable number projections.

Market Research and Customer Feedback·Conduct regular market research to compare programs with competitors.·Gather feedback from customers to assess satisfaction.·

Identify and report on unmet needs and opportunities for new services

Analyze and report on effectiveness of different media channels, levels of ad spend, ad copy, promotion messages, staff, branches, districts.·

Constantly search for insight that will generate greater efficiency or effectiveness.·

Achieve frequent, timely and effective advertising and media coverage.

·Measure customer loyalty.·Develop and manage customer loyalty programsPublic Relations·Represent at public events wherever necessary·Manage the company’s media relations.

Manage the database.·Analyze and use the database contents as a principal marketing tool.Coordination·Keep branches informed of new promotions, marketing messages, and ad campaigns.InnovationImprove existing systems and procedures.

Support Sales department and Head Office duties when it is necessary
