一、职位描述
1.Evaluate customer drawings and cooperate with sales to estimate the cost
2.Production process spec control and management, ensure a stable and reasonable process spec for production team
3.New production trial and process spec define. Achieve new product transfer/introduction target
4.To run Continuous improvement programs for various short/long term project including capability studies, process troubleshooting
5.Technical support to other department
6.Accomplish other assignments by engineering manager

1.Engineer backgroud2.1-2years mold design experience
3.Familiar with CAD
