职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Managing all aspects from warehouse operations and transport:
1. Enforce security and work safety measures.
2. Complete and optimize warehouse management procedure, establish relevant evaluation standards, and strengthen staffs training & management.
Manage and monitor company inventory by production Line to improve inventory turnover:
1. Raw materials inventory control.
2. Excess materials disposition with related department to decrease inventory.
3. Generate consumable PR and control its inventory and consumption expenses.
4. Set up effective time of ECN to balance excess and supply of materials.
5. Inventory analysis monthly and quarterly.
6. Material transfer between SZ, MC, CD and TW ORG.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, and MBA is preferred.
2. At least 8 years working experience in a large-scaled manufacturing plant and also solid experience in managing VMI, and OEMs background.
3. Good team communication and coordination, able to well assign, coach and evaluate the work and also improve the team members.
4. Fluent in spoken and written English, and ERP knowledge.
5. A clear, logic as well as a wholly thinker, and also well organized, detailed oriented, easy going with good interpersonal skill and open mindset.
