1.领导和支持售后团队实现优质服务。
Lead and support the aftermarket team and deliver high quality service to the customer.
2.开发贯穿中国的售后服务网络系统。
Develop the after-sale service network throughout China.
3.在进行服务运作时，实现资源的有效配置。
Efficient allocation of resources in service operations, reduce after-sale cost and increase profit.
4.发展、促进和带领新的售后服务产品或项目以满足客户的需求。
Develop, promote, and lead new after-sale products or programs to meet customers’ demands.
5.制定并优化售后服务流程标准， 确保所有项目的平稳进行和目标的实现。
Optimize & standardize the after-sale service process, and ensure that all projects run smoothly and the goals are met.
6.明确客户的反馈，并准确的描述和反映给相关内部商务人员。
Assure customer feedback is clearly and accurately represented and reflected to all internal business parties involved.
7.降低售后成本,提高利润。
Reduce the after-sale cost and increase the profit.
8.开发和推广新的售后服务产品, 并负责其运营管理。
To develop and promot new after-sale product,also its running and mangement.
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，技术类、机械电子类专业。
Bachelor degree or above in a technical discipline, preferably in mechanics, or electronics.
2.机械制造业5年以上客户服务经验。
Minimum 5 years customer service experience in capital goods market, ideally in CNC machinery industry.
3.高度的以客户为中心，优秀的领导力和成功领导技术服务团队的相关业绩。
High customer oriented, strong leadership skills with proven track record in successfully leading a technical service team.
4.抗压力强，因工作需要愿意出差。
Able to work under pressure and willing to go business trip if required.
5.积极主动、果断、愿意负责的心态，能做出明确的判断。
Pro-active and decisive, “can do”-attitude with good judgment and wise decision making.
6.强烈的分析能力和解决问题的能力，优秀的沟通技巧和流利的英语表达能力。
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (spoken and written).
