1.Key Task
1)HR Planning
Assist HR Manager conduct HR planning
Update headcount forecast and labour cost budget
Assist HR Manager review performance management
Monthly reports data preparing
2)Recruitment
Implement recruitment plan, which include manage recruitment channels, screen the resumes, arrange and attend interviews and consolidate assessment results
Make interview records, and evaluate the channel effectiveness
Establish long-term relationships with talents and maintain talents resource database.
Perform and manage daily employment and employee termination management matters.
Transact new employees' registers, maintain, update and manage employment documentation such as file, contract and policy.
3)Training plan
Analyze the training needs and work out annual training plan
Implement and track the training plan, follow up and summarize training and analyse training effect to find out problems and make continuous improvement
Make training records and design evaluation system based on training target.
Organize internal and external training resources, select external training company and get good relationship
Meet the training budget
Design evaluation system based on training target
4)C&B management
Calculate monthly payroll and arrange related payment
Conduct social insurance and housing fund and ensure compliance of social insurance and housing fund
Collect and maintains C&B information like market practice and government regulations
Ensure all C&B programs are in compliance with labour law.
Administer and communicate C&B polices, perform C&B services.
Develop, coordinate and direct a variety of C&B programs.
Evaluate internal consistency and external competitiveness pay and benefits(Offer for new employee, annual wage increase, special adjustment)
5)ER
Communication for salary policy, benefits
Improving communication channel throughout the whole site, keep the friendly and effective communication atmosphere
Ensure good relationship and communication with external bodies
6)Others
Coordinate with manager to optimize HR processes and practices
Other jobs assigned by Manager
Interim admin assignment if needed
2.Qualifications
Essential: Bachelor degree or above in business, management, or other related disciplines
3.Experience
Minimum 5 years work experience with 3 years or above HR function experience
4.Skills & Knowledge
Familiar with HR system, also need to be skilled in all function work, include recruitment, training, C&B, performance evaluations and employee relationship etc.
Able to work in a collaborative environment
Plan and organize workload whilst accounting for changes and conflicts in priorities
Balancing a diverse and changing workload
Computer literacy is essential, including intermediate MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Internet
Fluency of English and Excellent written and oral communications skills
Hardworking, eager to learn and strong responsibility.
