基本要求：
1.热情开朗，乐于与不同类型的顾客沟通交流。
2.认真有责任心。
3.团队合作意识强，愿意承担设计以外的工作（比如部门大宗采购）。
4.销售意识强，愿意设定“弹性销售目标”（stretch goal），并为达到销售目标而努力。
5.愿意在店内外主动联系和寻找设计顾客，并和顾客建立长期合作关系。
 
专业要求：
1.喜欢宜家产品和解决方案。
2.有美术基础和审美观，对色彩搭配敏感
3.会熟练使用CAD，Sketch up，PS等设计软件。 举报 分享
