Financial Customer Account Manager is responsible for maintaining a complete account tracking system using computers (spreadsheets) or other variety of automated systems. Notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone, or personal visits in order to solicit payment. Record information regarding financial status of assigned customers and status of collection efforts.

Perform various administrative functions for assigned accounts, such as answering correspondence and updating Bi-Monthly financial reports along with invoice/credit tracking. Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules, based on customers' financial situations.

Employees must develop technical knowledge to communicate invoices information and structure in a timely manner. General mastering the collection system to appropriately and effectively work the debts assigned. Displaying a professional manner while teaching and showing assigned clients how to pay their debts in full within a timely manner will benefit them as well. Using the verbal skills and communication techniques to manage contract / finance people to the point customers' opinion of IAE remains favorable.

We are looking for employees who can prove able to work unsupervised after the initial training by holding down the percentage of overdue/outstanding capital. Minimizing losses, while effectively estimating monthly probability of successful recovery and implementing decisions on a collection process.

Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.
Strong experience in finance statement analysis.
Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables.
A persuasive negotiator who is quick thinking and able to use information at hand to quickly

Education
Two to four years of experience in a similar position; experience with operations preferred.
work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude including willing to work some longer hours during peak periods.
