Job Descriptions
? There are four main areas of responsibility of this position.
? Board Operation / Project Purchasing
? Indirect Purchasing
? Facilities
? Admin
? Board Operation / Project Purchasing
? Work closely with Engineering, Marketing to build DVT, EVK, RDK boards.
? Supervise buyers to purchase component shortages, PCBs, at the lowest cost, meanwhile make sure the delivery schedules meet the project schedule requirements.
? Ensure any Engineering issues at PCB Fab and Assembly site be resolved promptly.
? Monitoring project progress by conducting regular status review meetings.
? Regularly reporting project progress and issues to key internal customers.
? Ensure the finish boards’ quality, and on-time delivery.
? Indirect Purchasing
? Working with IT, R&D to purchase computers, IT hardware, and Lab equipment.
? Negotiate the price and payment terms with the suppliers.
? Place POs based on 25R approval.
? Facilities
? Work with corporate Facility Director, manage all China facilities.
? Review and negotiate the lease agreement with the Landlord of each sites.
? Execute the plan of office remodeling and decoration.
? Furniture selection and purchasing.
? Monitor the lease execution, make sure the leases be renewed on time.
? Admin
? Supervise Admin to ensure the daily operation of Shanghai site:
? Purchasing office supplies;
? Travel service, Air tickets’ booking, hotel reservation, ground transportation;
? Shipping/Logistics, take care of inbound and outbound shipping;
? Monitor office safety and security;
? Provide other service, quarterly birthday celebration, team building, outing, annual dinner.
? General
? Work as the site’s contact window for any questions, issues, invitations raised by the Government Agencies, AmCham Shanghai, Landlord, Industry Association, etc.
? Provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
? Make decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines and schedules.


Job Requirements
? BS or MS degree in engineering
? 10 years experience in semiconductor industry
? Management experience
? Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
? Ability to work with wide variety of functions
? Excellent Problem solution skills
