Background:
TL Jones Shanghai sits within the Elevator Safety Division of Halma plc. a FTSE 250 company with an annual turnover of 517million. Since its entry into China in 1994, TL Jones Shanghai is renowned as world class solution provider of elevator safety, information display, communication and touch control operating panel products. Among which TL Jones light curtain is considered to be our core business.
The dynamic business growth and service center centralization call for this role to lead the customer service team to handle external customer service and internal sales operation.
Position Smmary:
Full responsible for external customer service and internal sales operation, he/she will work with Head of Sales, to monitor sales team activity and performance, and ensure internal sales operation efficiency.
Position Responsibilities:
1.Sales activity & performance measure and report includes
1)Accurate monthly billing forecast.
2)Monthly sales activity analysis report.
3)Sales team reports collection and screening.
4)Sales metrics reports.
5)Price book and selling material preparation.
6)Market information consolidation and update.
7)Sales opportunity pipeline distribution, collection and consolidation.
2. Sales operation coordination
1)Ensure order processing efficiency
2)Coordination with operation department to assure on time delivery
3)Coordination with operation department on material planning meeting
4)Overseas inter company customer communication and service.
5)Domestic customer service.
Qualification Requirements:
1Can do attitude, self starter, can work under a dynamic growing and changing environment
2.Bachelor degree
3.Minimum 10 years' s customer service/commercial management experience.
4.Industrial manufacturing background preferred.
5.Fluent English speaking and writing
6.Detail oriented and well organized.
7.Natural leader of people, creating respect, motivation to team goals & strong team spirit / creativity
8.Comfortable working & communicating at all levels of the organization and across departmental boundaries
9.Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced and demanding environment
10.Excellent IT skills with high proficiency in MS Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)
11.High ethics and values are required to be part of TL Jones team
