职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Coordinate, maintain and implement Marketing and CRM IT operations, inline with Service Level Agreements and Operational process framework.
? Alignment and enhancement of operation processes and systems, taking all relevant internal and external factors that could affect both business and IT.
? Coordinate with external IT suppliers to ensure alignment of operation process and quality of deliverables and IT solutions.
? Manage the maturation and long term Marketing/CRM operation support, including training and coaching to users (incl. helpdesk).
? Achievement on Customer Requirements for:
- IT Operations and support.
- Reporting
- High level Targets, SLAs and Business impacts.
? Operation Management for IT delivery incl. Target Setting, Resource Planning & Quality Assurance.
? DBS application operation, review tickets and support cost
? ISIS operation coordination
-ISIS application maintenance includes
-New version installation
- Server re-installation
- ETK/ISTA client support
Qualification:
? Technical Skills: Business analysis, Data / Process modeling, application operation, coaching / cross-training, people management, supplier management, infrastructure.
? Business Knowledge: Detailed knowledge of key business process streams such as: Marketing, CRM, Dealer Management and quality management.
? Process skills: IT systems operation planning, Implementation and enhancement include the following key processes:
- Strong governance to suppliers
- Application operation and help desk processes.
- Adherence and enhancement of all CRM operation processes that ensure co-ordination and control.
? Systems support relevant applications.
? Microsoft Office systems competency.
? Interface design and implementation skills.
? ITPM/ITIL methodology.
? Experience in Marketing and CRM system operation and management, using structured methods.
? Experience in an Auto industry environment and at least two years practical experience with relevant Marketing/CRM IT systems.
? Experience in infrastructure operation includes server and facilities operation.
